Sean Pittman Scholarship

Recipient must be a student in the College of Law who is interested in pursuing a career in public service. The awardee will be provided an opportunity to intern with the Florida Conference of Black State Legislators as a law clerk and policy adviser.

One of the purposes of this scholarship is to increase diversity at Florida State University. Any student may apply to be considered for the award; however, it is the preference of the donor that the recipient be a student who is historically underrepresented in the legal profession, particularly an African American.
