Carl L. Owenby, Sr. and Ermine Owenby, Sr. Endowed Scholarship Fund

Recipient must be a student in the College of Arts and Sciences within the Department of Computer Science who is a Florida resident and demonstrates financial need.

One of the purposes of this scholarship is to increase diversity at Florida State University. Any student may apply to be considered for the award; however, it is the preference of the donor that the recipient be a United States citizen.
