  1. Submit an essay (1,000 words or less) describing your academic and career goals and how participation in the study abroad program will enhance or further those goals.
  2. If you are involved with any activities other than volunteering and leadership, list them below. Please include ONLY those activities engaged in while in college.
  3. If you have received any awards or recognitions, list them below. Please include ONLY those awards received while in college.
  4. Provide the name and email address of one individual who will submit a letter of recommendation on your behalf. The letter must be written by a Florida State University faculty member or advisor, preferably a current or past instructor or advisor. The letter writer should be familiar with your activities (academic or extra-curricular) while in college. Letters should refer only to accomplishments and information for college-level activities. The letter MUST be received, through the FS4U system, by the application deadline.
