James Robert Barger and Carolyn Anne Roof Barger Endowed Scholarship Fund
Recipient must be a student in the Anne Spencer Daves College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences. Incoming freshman applicants must have a high school GPA of 2.5 or greater. All other applicants, including transfer students, must have a GPA of 2.0 or greater.
