Staunton Military Academy - John Deal Education Scholarship

Recipient must be a full-time undergraduate student in the Anne Spencer Daves College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences in their junior or senior year within the School of Teacher Education other than the arts with financial need and a minimum 3.5 GPA. Applicants must demonstrate good citizenship and a dedication to the teaching profession and exhibit the qualities exemplified by the traditions of Staunton Military Academy. Preference will be given to a student who is a descendant of a Staunton Military Academy alumni.

Any student may apply to be considered for the award; however, it is the preference of the donor that the recipient be a United States citizen.
