FSU Southern California Scholarship Fund

Recipient must be a full-time incoming freshman student who is a resident from the State of California. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, academic merit, and community service.

Any student may apply to be considered for the award; however, it is the preference of the donor that the recipient be a United States citizen.
