Panhandle Engineering, Inc. Endowed Scholarship Fund

Recipient must be an undergraduate enrolled in the Civil & Environmental Engineering program at Florida State University Tallahassee Campus or Florida State University Panama City Campus in a minimum of 6 credit hours, maintain at least a 2.5 GPA, and be a resident of Bay County.

One of the purposes of this scholarship is to increase diversity at Florida State University. Any student may apply to be considered for the award; however, it is the preference of the donor that the recipient be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
