Jim and Sheila O'Brien Graduate Fellowship

Recipient must be a doctoral student in the College of Arts and Sciences who has submitted a Ph.D. prospectus to the Department of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Science or Meteorology in the area of air sea interaction and physical oceanography.
