Colonel William W. Wood Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Recipient must be an undergraduate enrolled at the Panama City Campus in a minimum of 12 credit hours with at least a 2.5 GPA. Recipient must be a graduate of a Bay County, Florida High School and Gulf Coast State College. Applicants must submit an essay consisting of a minimum of 500 words on the topic “What is the cost of freedom?”
