Community Services Foundation of Bay County, Inc. Scholarship Fund

Recipient must be a full-time student enrolled at FSU’s Panama City campus with demonstrated academic merit and financial need. First preference will be given to a student from Bay County, FL. Second preference will be given to a student from either Gulf or Franklin County, FL.
