Edward F. Hickey Jr. Memorial Scholarship

Recipient must be enrolled at the Panama City campus and have at least a 3.0 GPA. First preference will be given to applicants from any of the 32407, 32408, 32411, 32413, or 32417 zip codes. Second preference will be given to applicants from Bay County. Third preference will be given to applicants from Northwest Florida.
