Optimist Club of the Beaches Law Enforcement Endowed Scholarship

Recipient must be a undergraduate student at Florida State University Panama City (online or on-campus) in the Public Safety & Security program who possess and maintain a minimum 2.5 FSU GPA and who is enrolled in at least 6 credit hours. Recipients must demonstrate financial need. First priority will be given to residents of Panama City Beach, Florida. Second priority will be given to residents of Bay County, Florida.
