Recipient must be an undergraduate student in the College of Arts and Sciences who will be participating in a study abroad program through the Florida State University International Programs Office.

- Submit an essay (1,000 words or less) describing your academic and career goals and how participation in the study abroad program will enhance or further those goals.
- If you are involved with any activities other than volunteering and leadership, list them below. Please include ONLY those activities engaged in while in college.
- If you have received any awards or recognitions, list them below. Please include ONLY those awards received while in college.
- Provide the name and email address of one individual who will submit a letter of recommendation on your behalf. The letter must be written by a Florida State University faculty member or advisor, preferably a current or past instructor or advisor. The letter writer should be familiar with your activities (academic or extra-curricular) while in college. The letter should refer only to accomplishments and information for college-level activities. The letter MUST be received, through the FS4U system, by the application deadline.
