McNeil Carroll Engineering, Inc. Endowed Scholarship

Recipient must be an undergraduate student in the Civil & Environmental Engineering program at Florida State University Panama City. Applicant must be enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours and possess a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to graduates of a Bay County, Florida high school and Gulf Coast Community College.
