Community Services Foundation of Bay County, Inc. 2004 Scholarship Fund

Recipient must be enrolled full-time at FSU’s Panama City campus with at least a 2.5 GPA. Applicants must demonstrate academic merit and financial need. First preference will be given to a student from Bay County, FL. Second preference will be given to a student from Gulf or Franklin County, FL.
