Seminole Club of Jacksonville Endowed Scholarship
Recipient must be a full-time undergraduate student from one of Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau, or Baker County in Florida with at least a 3.5 high school GPA. All applicants must provide an essay explaining why they want to attend FSU and how this scholarship will aid them in their time at FSU, include a letter of recommendation (cannot be from a family member), and upload a copy of their high school transcript.

- Please include a 1,000-word essay explaining why you want to attend FSU and how this scholarship will aid you in your time at FSU. Included in the essay should be any community service work, internships, employment, or extracurricular activities you have been or currently are engaged in.
- Provide the name and email address of an individual familiar with your academic capabilities and/or academic interests, preferably a current or past instructor or adviser, who will submit a letter of recommendation on your behalf. Note that this cannot be from a family member.
- Upload a copy of your high school transcript. If you're not currently able to obtain your final official transcript, provide either the most recent unofficial transcript or an alternate view of your high school GPA.
