Panama City Beach Chamber Education Fund Endowed Scholarship

Recipient must be a degree-seeking student attending Florida State University Panama City, a resident of Bay County and graduated from Gulf Coast State College. Recipients must possess and maintain a minimum 3.0 FSU GPA, be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours (or 6 credit hours with full-time employment) and demonstrate financial need.
