FSU PC Promise Scholarship Fund

Recipient must be a resident of Bay, Gulf, Liberty, Gadsden, Jackson, Calhoun, Franklin, Washington, Holmes, Walton, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, or Escambia County, have high financial need, and be pursuing a degree at Florida State University Panama City Campus. This criteria applies to new, returning, and transfer students.
