Angie Cintron Memorial Scholarship

Recipient must:

  • be an undergraduate student
  • have completed at least 15 credit hours
  • possess a minimum GPA of 2.0
  • be enrolled full-time during the Fall and Spring semesters
  • demonstrate financial need and leadership abilities
  • participate in the Hispanic/Latinx Student Union

This $1,000 scholarship is awarded in memory of Angie Cintron who attended FSU in 1997 and had an untimely death before she had an opportunity to finish her studies. This scholarship is being awarded by her family in her loving memory.

One of the purposes of this scholarship is to increase diversity at Florida State University. Any student may apply to be considered for the award; however, it is the preference of the donor that the recipient participate in the Hispanic/Latinx Student Union.

Graduate students and prior recipients of the award are ineligible.
