Joanna F. Gorman Endowed Scholarship Fund

Recipient must be a full-time student in the College of Social Work in an upper level undergraduate or graduate program who demonstrates outstanding academic achievement, exemplifies the highest standards of character including good citizenship, volunteer work and commitment to the betterment of society and fellow humankind. Applicants must agree to take at least two specialized courses and an internship in the specialization area of child welfare, maternal and child health, community menthal health or primary prevention in health or mental health and agree to work at least one year following the completion of his/her formal education in the specialization area selected.
